- What does an event credit include?
- One credit activates one private event gallery with QR uploads, the live wall, photos, videos, voice messages, transcripts, branding, analytics, and up to 250 GB of media.
- How does prepaid billing work?
- Choose a six-month or 12-month pack and pay once at the start of the term. Every included event credit is available immediately, so you can schedule events whenever you need them.
- What changes when I choose 12 months?
- The 12-month pack includes twice as many event credits and offers the best value for teams planning events throughout the year.
- Do viewing and downloads use another credit?
- No. Guests can upload for 30 days, and the finished album remains available to view and download for 12 months after the event without using another credit.
- What happens to unused credits?
- Credits remain available until the end of the purchased term. Renewing customers can roll over up to 20% of unused credits into their next term.
- Can I buy just one business event?
- Yes. A single fully branded Business Event is $99. Multi-event plans lower the cost per event to as little as $29.98 and are designed for resale.
